Size of 1 wall – 12’ x 15’
Total area of 1 wall – 12 x 15 = 180Sqft
Total no. of Walls – 4 Nos.
So, Total Wall Area – 180 x 4 = 720Sqft
Here, Door Size – 7’ x 3’

And, Window Size – 4’ x 4’

Total deduction area – (7’ x 3’) + (4’ x 4’) = 21 + 16 = 37Sqft
Total net wall area – Total area – Door & window area
720 – 37 = 683Sqft
Materials Cost….
1) PVC Panels
Consider super-heavy PVC panels of 6mm thickness

Standard size of 1 PVC panel – 10’ x 10’’

Total area of 1 PVC panel – 10’ x 10’’/12’’ = 10’ x 0.833’ = 8.33Sqft
Total no. of panels required – Total areas of wall/ area of 1 panel
= 683/8.33 – 81.88 or 82 Nos.
(Add an extra panel to avoid wastage during cutting and installation)
So, total no. of panels – 82 + 1 = 83 Nos.
Market rate of 6mm super heavy panels – Rs.380 to Rs.400/-Panels or Rs.45 to Rs.50/-Sqft.
Total cost of PVC panels – Quantity of materials x rate of 1 PVC panel = 83 x 400 = Rs.33,200/-
2) Accessories
Required L Patti for all corners and U Patti for beading
Standard length of beading Patti – 10 feet
Total no. of corners and beading patties required – Perimeter of walls/Length of beading Patties
= (15’ x 2) + (12’ x 2) = 54Rft.
Here, the Total no. of walls – 4nos.
= 54 x 4 = 216Sqft.
So, total corner Patti required – 216/10 = 21.6 or 22Nos.
Price of 1 beading Patti – Rs.100/-
Total cost of corner beading Patti – 22 x 100 = Rs.2200/-
3) Adhesive

Rate of adhesive – Rs.0.5/- Sqft.
Total cost of adhesive – total wall area x adhesive rates

Total cost of materials – PVC panels cost + Accessories cost + Transportation cost
